I have to agree with Anon 1, they really don't bounce quite THAT much. As a woman with similarly sized breasts, I will honestly say I wished they bounced like that, but sadly they don't I'm afraid. They jiggle...not bounce really.

Maybe they're not really too small. Or, weren't meant to be, anyways. Anime's mediocre sense of physics and reality-diminishing sense of fantasy is all too obnoxious to really observe critically. You wished your boobs bounce that much, well they can in anime. So... Yeah... <3
