No one's above criticism, but your criticism is nonsensical.

And now being owned by a business conglomerate means they have to be held to a different standard than any other fanartist? Because what? Larger sums of money are involved?
Sakimichan was once recorded as making $60k a month. Is she scummy for making that through fanart instead of her own IP? For treating her work like a business?
This argument is stupid. Fair Use is Fair Use. A review is a review an "Analysis" is an analysis. Fanwork is fanwork. You can try and create reasons for one to be good and one to not be good, but it's all the same, don't delude yourself.
Especially with an excuse as "They make too much money so they should have higher standards"

If Sakimichan DID do something like this I would immediately lose respect for them and any IP they wanted to make.
