I can't help but wonder if she would get sick if she did that long enough, considering she has a problem with using her quirk for long periods of time and getting sick from it.

Actually, using it for a long time doesn’t get her sick; it’s floating heavy objects that gets her sick. So no, she probably wouldn’t get sick here. But it would be hilarious to see another animation like this where she suddenly looks sick and falls over, with Deku freaking out.
