What's to wonder? They were VERY clear on what happened when Shalltear caught Arche. Shalltear morphed into her blood-frenzy form and sucked all the blood out of Arche in less than a couple seconds. Compared to what the rest of the Workers got for punishments, Arche's death was merciful.

I will tell you what happens, cause its different in the Web Novel vs the Light Novel/Anime.

In the Web Novel Shalltear catches Arche is pretty much turns her into her personal sex slave. There is actual a doujin that someone drew of it with Brain (In the WN, Brain loses to Shalltear back in Volume 3 and becomes her henchman). So Arche is her sex slave for a while but eventually Ainz allows her sisters to join her in Nazarik peacefully.

In the Light Novel/Anime, she is in fact killed like the other Anon said. Because of this, her family (who you saw we very tight on funds) sold her two little sisters into slavery, where they would both eventually die as well.
