first time seeing this artist and looking at this and their other works.

I don't know whether to be amazed by the amount of thought put into making, describing and drawing these scenarios or filled with extreme discomfort by the said thought and effort put into making and drawing these scenarios

So the whole idea is, if she gets the pill, she can't give it to her daughter. If her daughter does get raped, she can't comfort her for the next 72 hours, less she doesn't get the pill.

It's kind of sick...A little girl, raped by a pedophile, possibly impregnated by him, having to spend 72 hours alone in a room.

Looking at the companion image as well, it looks like the mother's first objective is to have sex with the guy enough to empty his balls so he's got nothing left to impregnate her daughter with. The knobs she can turn will add an hour to the time she has to get him off, but each one has a consequence: one releases nude pics of her online, one locks the box with the change of clothes for her and her daughter, and one locks the box the pill comes out of.

So she has to hope she can do enough in one hour, or if she needs more time, has to pick between releasing nudes, possibly getting pregnant, or having to leave the room naked. Very... devious.
