Actually, because we know Ainz's mom died when he was 10, and we know that was after he graduated elementary school, and we know that he entered the job market at around the same time, and the guild as well as the rule that you had to be a working member of society was made when he became a salaryman, and that was his first job... He could be anywhere from 16 to 19, but he couldn't be 20.
Remember that in the dystopian future of Ainz's world, being like 11 means you're probably someone's senpai at your job. And probably overworked and about to die. Ainz used to step over the corpses of fellow orphans on his way to work about once a week.
