I don't know the series at all, but doesn't this need some sort of hypnosis/aphrodesiac/mindfuck kinda tag? Just based on the lack of other characters, the mist from the small flower and the giant eye in the big flower. That's pretty standard mindcontrol/forced-arousal type stuff.
Also; it looks like Musse Egret is the green-haired girl, not a descriptor tag.
