TVtropes is not meant to to be taken seriously. Seriously, he didn't take any issue with seeing Trish naked and even smiled. Oh yeah and if that wasn't enough, Nico herself said in the official DMC5 artbook that Trish is Dante's "partner" meaning that Trish is the preferred woman over Lady. Deal with it although personally I don't see why Dante can't have both Trish and Lady.
