The reason she is green is the forunner code is merging with and her color reflcts her mode albeit i have not figured out the meaning of the colors but i think she is mortifide

green means she is starting to go rampent. The massive amount of knowlige in the halo data banks started to corrupt her processing matrix. This also happend when she was held by the gravemind on high charity. She can fix hersel... bla bla bla ...... this is way to long for anyone to continuly pay any kind of attention isn't it? point is she's hot the colour is evelavent

Anon3, you have no idea what you're talking about do you. When cortana entered the first Halo's system, she was being projected by a different system. It had nothing to do with rampancy, as that only happens after 7 years. The system of the first halo was largely green, like the green Index. Thus, green Cortana. When she left the system she returned to her bluish color, and when she was inside Covenant devices she was projected as purplish.
Still. I like Cortaaanaaaaaaaa. Colorific.

It had nothing to do with rampancy, as that only happens after 7 years. The system of the first halo was largely green, like the green Index. Thus, green Cortana. When she left the system she returned to her bluish color, and when she was inside Covenant devices she was projected as purplish.
