This happened to me once when I was hanging my backpack in a locker. I was like 8 so I was short and needed to stand in the locker to reach the hanger.
Then It fell backwards while I was standing in it. Luckily it turned 90 degrees so I wasn't trapped, but it still hurt like hell.
