Dunno for certain, but this appears to be a rendition of the play "The Little Matchstick Girl". For those unaware the story itself doesn't have a good end, and apparently Gilgamesh here was so moved by it that he is giving a bunch of treasure to the "little matchstick girl" even though it's just a play and not for real. Can't fault him personally, the little matchstick girl story is sad as fuck.
