What exactly problem do you have? you say doesnt work with any additional information. The game doesnt open? show any message error? code error?

Sorry I should have given more info. Nothing happens. I click on the file and....nothing. No start screen, no error message, nothing. Computer location set to Japan, clock on Japanese time and Japanese language packs are installed. Other then that, no one has given any suggestions what to do.

control panel -> clock and region -> region -> administrative -> change "language for non-unicode programs" to japanese
Don't know if it will work in your case, but it's usually the only thing you need to do to play japanese games.

Yes, that is set to Japanese as well. Tried re-downloading the file. No luck. Downloaded the Japanese version trial and that does not work either. Are people playing this in windows or is there some kind of gaming software I should be using?

@NoIcecream no need to fuck up windows settings, use ntleas instead. game works fine for me without changing anything, maybe you should download it from elsewhere.

Is there somewhere besides DLsite to download it? I tried ntleas and Locale Emulator with no luck. :(
