Aside from Rebecca, there's one other blonde woman and she's really minor. Labila has blue hair, Witch has green hair, Mother has aquamarine hair, the random narator girl had black hair, Elsie is Erza and the hot bunny girl hanging out with older Weisz has violet hair. I don't know if it's hair, but the thingie on Pino's head is pink. Though for all we know, Homura has really dark blond hair since we've haven't seen her colored yet, same with Sister.
