There is actually a Pokémon Rom Hack named „Pokémon Psychic Adventures“ which is based on this idea, you can get Hypno as a starter and then put female arena leaders to sleep and then you can undress them and do whatever you want

There's also a few where the pokemon are actually cute little girls you can collect and fight with, and one where you can rape the trainers that you fight after they lose.
