I can't read too much Japanese, but since the text on the right reads "Kintama", which is Japanese for Testicles, I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess she's saying something along the lines of "Give me your Balls".

Its a pun on Luffy calling his testicles as "Kintama", which means "golden balls" (a japanese slang for the make genitalia)...but because the women in Amazon Lily (Marguerite included) have never seen a man before, she actually believes he has "golden balls" in there and constantly asks him to give them to her.
