It's actually Malon but was listed as Cremia to avoid deviantART's hateboner for depicting characters as older than they appear in the works they originated from.

The problem I'm finding anon2 with a lot of sites and systems in general is you can't actually talk to a human being, it an automated thing where "please write down in 200 words or fewer why you believe your punishment was unjust and we'll review it." That's not explaining someone why they were wrong to flag the art, they just skim it and move on, they don't really read it.
