Nightmare/Inferno's extreme amounts of power topped off with Darth Vader's various sorts of guard/parry techniques... I imagine that kind of combo to be abused like crazy.

Thats nothing, Soul Edge SHARDS repaired Cervantes from being a pile of ash. A Shin/True Soul Edge could make Vader immortal to boot.
