Out of all the things Goten could do, this is by far the best. Imagine a mixed Saiyan being that has a bit of Goku AND Vegeta in them. And he didn’t even need fusion to do it.

Kicker is because they are both half Saiyan, the possibility, however remote, of them producing a full blooded Saiyan is there (though the'res also a chance they'll produce a full human as well).

Given how many Saiyan abilities are geared towards survival/getting stronger, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they had a few reproductive abilities to go along with it. Like a guarantee that two half Saiyans will always produce a full blooded one.
