That is such a weird sentence it took a minute to figure out what's going on with it. Anon2 must not speak English and used Google Translate to make an English comment here. I can even tell that it's a language that allows you to refer to yourself in the 3rd person unlike English.
That's how you end up with a phrase as awkward as "name cannot be blank." Logically that must be a bad machine translation of "Anonymous" so the dude was talking about him self.
I can't be exactly sure but going by that phrase and "breeding female" by which he probably means "bitch" or maybe "slut" I can make an educated guess about what he meant.
tl;dr the comment above was almost certainly trying to say something along the lines of "this slut would love to take it from me". Basically your average everyday retarded horny gelbooru comment, except this guy couldn't say it in English and didn't know any English to tell that Google butchered this translation.
So there you go, that's the answer to the great mystery of what anon 2 was trying to say and how I developed autism in the span of typing out this on extremely nerdy and pedantic comment. I wish I knew what was wrong with my brain that I feel compelled to point out this shit that nobody else notices or cares about.

I don't play league, so I'm slightly confused as to whether this is a Lore thing or an ability thing or what.
Is the near-invisible monkey in the first pic the "your Master, Monkey" she refers to? Like, she beat up the student and the master retaliated?
Or; did she think she'd won, but it was an illusion/double/etc; and the transparent monkey is actually the real one?

No, monkey's mater is "Master Yi", who is another character in lol, the chinese-type sword master. (with goggles like spider's eyes.) Actually, this is parody of the "Journey to the West", famous old fiction of china.
(And fiora's concept is fencing master. you know what i mean... rivalry of fencing vs chinese sword...)
In game, monkey's "W" skill makes him invisible short time, with a standing bait. So, your second idea is right.
