They are personifications of Zerg units. The pink-haired one is a Zergling, the black-haired one is a Roach. They are tagged as such in earlier drawings on the artist's Pixiv. You can more clearly see Zegling's zerg claw things, Metabolic Boost wings, and most importantly the Zerg emblem on her wristband in post #4500100. Also featured in the image is a Baneling and an alternate-color Zergling - presumably a different strain. As well as a GDI soldier, for some reason.
