That is not a proper recorder. Its way too long for anyones fingers to reach the holes. Even i couldnt play it and i am the head of my own recorder ensemble. The only recorder at that length is a tenor, and the finger holes are much closer, and the last hole(on the white part of this particular instrument), has keys like a clarinet to compensate for the reach to play C and C#/Db.
