There was a rush at Matsuri, the ekiben shop, but she wove her way through the crowd and safely obtained the item she sought.
This is the "grilled salmon belly overflowing with salmon roe bento" from the menu board of the venerable Yoshidaya, which had its start together with Aomori Prefecture's Hachinohe Station. It first opened in Meiji 25, 127 years ago. It looks exactly as the name suggests, and as one would expect, the taste is fantastic.
