I don't get it? is she meant to be the flag? but she's totally different colours almost bar the red, I guess her blue eyes could count or is she posing with her clothes in a way it matches the flag shape? honestly this...really doesn't deserve the personification tag, that said!! she's a real cutie so don't let my comment take that away from the artist dood.
