At first I thought Snake was giving a disgusted look, like it was a James Bond movie, but if that was the case, Major would be lookin all stary-eyed like Para-Medic.

That would explain Para-medic's dazzled look on her face, it's as if she's thinking "This movie is adorable!".

It would also make sense since Big Boss hates vampires and Para-medic tends to react accordingly to the genre of any movie (Being romance in the case of Twilight).
