But the priestess had two opportunities for goblins to do something with her but the first time she was shot with a poisoned arrow and the other time, they took a huge bite out of her. She almost died in both cases and they didn’t really try to rape her, capture her or keep her alive. Did she not have a womb?

From what I can tell goblins prefer to rape women who are not spellcasters, because once they suppress them then there is little worry of the female getting enough strength back to attack them. For example Female Fighter.
Spellcasters however get their spells/miracles back every day, so they are a liability. This is also why the Goblins went and dealt with Female Magician how they did. They could have raped her too, but opted for poisoning her instead.
Same with the Goblin Champion opting to take a bite out of Priestess. Better for the threat she poses be removed. Since they could just beat up and tie up High Elf Archer and rape her as much as they wanted.

Could you not prevent possible spell casting if you take away their staff or tool for channeling magic, bind their hands and gag them? A lot of depictions of magic usually use one of or a combination of hand movements, words and a wand or staff or something. You take those away and I think you’re okay which shouldn’t be too hard if you’ve got the numbers like the goblins do. Maybe they feel like it’s too much trouble or effort for just another hot bangable ass but no reward without risk I say.
I might have spent a little too much time thinking of ways to subdue and ravage sexy sorceresses maybe...
