Actually they are not identical. The hair of the girl is drawn differently in each and a spot on the sleeve of the boy being kissed if different in each. Although small differences, that qualifies them both to stay. There are also differences in her ass in each as well as a white spot between the wall on her left leg that is lighter in this version and darker in the other.

source doesn't matter if the actual images are not identical, then the are not duplicates. just means the source is wrong for one of them.
