If this is the chevalier d'eon, I don't think it's a boy. (Then again, I haven't seen Fate/Grand Order and I know Fate does screw with character genders...)

In Fate Grand Order, the Chevalier d'Eon can change their gender and biological sex at will, but prefers to change it to whatever their master's preference is (in reality, they were a trans-woman).
