Agreed, aestheticc has already drawn Nora Valkyrie and this is clearly not a re-colour. Hair is totally different and not a single other feature is in line.
Twitter post makes no mention of any franchise, least of all a specific character.

Update: Tweet digging required, but it actually *is* Nora. Apparently.
There's just so much alteration to the character it might as well not be.

This character came from a background character that used Nora's model with different skin, back in V1-3
