It’s a small enough world where familiar things happen to the same characters but big enough that they don’t run into each other despite being in a similar line of work and circumstances. It took some time just to get Chris and Leon in the same room even.
It’s a shame really because I don’t think too many people would be against a moment where Claire introduces Leon to Chris or Jill and Leon discovering that they’re both survivors of Raccoon City.
