Did you ever consider how much of Street Fighter comes off like a spy movie? You’ve got:

-colourful and exotic locations
-sexy and dangerous women
-memorable henchmen a part of criminal organizations
-over the top bad guy with world changing plans and ambitions

It just so happens that this spy movie is mixed with a Kung-Fu film and anime.
