Ah, well you misunderstand what makes people draw the characters.
A hot design is always a great, big plus, but that alone is not enough. That's why there has always been a "lack" of Fairy Tail content, and if that was the case, Rebecca (form Eden's Zero) would be skyrocketing on these sites.
People are more interested in characters that are likable, and stories that they enjoy. Fairy Tail is considered to be a weak manga by most people who are old enough to draw good art. BNHA on the other hand, is a very successful one, that's why it gets a ton more uploads.

Also, the female characters of Fairy Tail, when compared to female characters of other "popular" series, tend to receive a lot more screen time and have actual importance to the story (even if the potential and story of Fairy Tail disappointed in the end).
As for Eden's Zero's Rebecca, it's only been 40 chapters so of course she won't strike high popularity instantly. Nevertheless, she already seems to be a strong female character as do the other females introduced.

I wouldn't say there's a lack of FT content. There's always been a decent amount, especially when it was more relevant. The issue with FT hentai has always been the quality. Most of it is traced, poorly drawn, etc. and that is pretty disappointing to me, because if there was one thing FT did right, it was the character/outfit designs. Lucy in particular to me is in my top 10 of girls who make my pants tighter and it is a fucking shame that she doesn't get enough quality art.
