No, it's just that the implication is hotter and more interesting than the realiy. Plus, this framing allows for a much more personal and intense image.

Wow the more I look at this image the more amazing it is. Love the sweat and tears and the intensity of the eyes. The shadow just makes you wish you could step back and see the entire scene.

Though, I notice there's blood coming from somewhere. Can't figure that out. Also, what's keeping her on her knees?
