Honestly, it's not like anyone's going to really punish them all that hard for the incestuous impregnation, and again, considering that they're already outlaw rebels, it's not like they aren't already dealing a shit load of problems. To be frank, by the time the kittens have kittens, nobody'll be holding it against them in the slightest, heck, everybody'll be overjoyed at the new kittens. So really, they'll have only slightly more to worry about than before, and that's only if they keep the newborn kittens. If they give them up for adoption, then, hey, that problem has now been solved.

considering the world they are in, adoption pretty much cannot exist as an institution
