Best villain would definitely have to be Garland/Chaos. They can't top their first fucking villain. Instead of the generic "Oh, I'm gonna blow up the earth blah blah blah", he created a fucking paradox that couldn't be broken, in which he was SUPPOSED to be killed.

i think Garland is a pretty cool guy. eh knocks you down and doesn't afraid of anything.

Kuja is like a gay catboy version of Sephiroth. I have no problem with gay villains or even gay final bosses, but Kuja was just ridiculous.
