I have to say I really enjoyed the ~Kyonyuu Reijou MC Gakuen~ hentai series!

Most hypnosis hentai don't use it properly, either as a plot device or a sex technique; it simply becomes a way to screw girls you'd have no chance with without calling it rape.
It's most effective when you use it in situations where other people are involved; for example you hypnotize a girl who has a boyfriend, make him watch helpless while you fuck her (and make her do psychologically damaging shit to him like declaring her love for you), then after you're done, hypnotize him too so neither of them remember it. Or if you had a girl you really hated, hypnotize her into a slut and pimp her out to a bunch of guys, then make her forget it but take a bunch of pictures and ruin her reputation with it.
Any hypnosis-themed hentai will automatically have a dark plot because messing with someone's mind is one of the coldest things you can do to them, so you might as well go all out with it.

There is the hypnosis off ending for each girl which then is just regular 1 on 1 love making ending. All other endings are hypnosis mentality change endings.

The main character in this game was treated pretty badly by the girls. He was basically a sacrifice to make the girls look better in terms of school prowess.
