So many Freeza soldiers or henchmen are disposable and replaceable but not this one. She’s a keeper.

Seriously though, she's a one of a kind solider to end up with freeza. She should have a basic human power level and yet she stands out more than over a 100 of frieeza's soliders that are in the 10,000 range. If Freeza were to ever lose her it would be like losing a lieutenant.
