嫁 in this case, I would say bride, since they haven't married (yet). Note declaration だ at the end. Meaning that Eila is not fooling around -- so to speak.
気やすく 呼ぶなょ! = DON'T call her so familiarly.
We have adverb of 気安い or 気やすい (familiar; friendly; relaxed etc.) and 呼ぶ = "to call" as negative imperative. Not to forget gobi よ, as an announce that this is how it is.
