There’s a lot to like about them. They look cute together, they get along and have chemistry from spending a lot of time together and deeply care for one another. They even compliment and have a fun dynamic, him being the brawny, carefree blockhead and her being the more sensible voice of reason. If it weren’t for Hancock who actually has actual romantic feelings and intentions for him, I probably wouldn’t mind this ship. The Strawhats feel more like a family unit anyway. I know that by spending so much time together, growing close and developing bonds makes it hard to imagine them partnering with someone from outside the group but it’s also kind of weird seeing them pair off as well.
