Apparently she took it from her grandma's room (explained in the text at 0:04). The rest of the text is her being on the fence as to whether she should return it or not, and it's implied she's done this before. Also it's distracting her from her studies and she worries she'll become an idiot if she keeps doing this. But she can't seem to stop.

Towards the end she says, "Ok that's enough for today. But... but..."
