er.. take dragon quest tag off of there. that lil' blob guy is gooey from the Kirby series. and this grotesque creature here is King DeDeDe in his altered corrupt form (from Kirby's Dreamland 3) under the influence of Darkmatter... also from the Kirby Series obviously...
