I think what I love most about this one is that she has to submit herself to the predicament, and for long enough that there's always the temptation of procrastinating.

I would make it a little more evil, however. I'd rig it so that the switches have a decent amount of tension in them, and if she releases even one of them for just a moment, her timer for the current hour resets. Additionally, there's no clocks anywhere in the room, so she has no way to know when she's reached a full hour. Finally, the machine doesn't have any indication of the exact time spent in it; it does have a few progress lights that light up as she gets closer to the goal, but there's no way to know exactly how much time she has to spend on the thing.

The end result? At the end of each session, she really doesn't know how many hours got counted, and while she can get a vague idea how close she is, she'll just have to keep using the thing to make sure she hits the quota before time's up.

Correct, her nipple piercings with the vibrators stay on. So if she has a job or social obligations that she needs to make, her best method of somewhat disguising herself would be an oversized mumu with maybe a large scarf around the top to hide the vibrators as well as the contraption attached to her waist.
