Blind hatred to that degree isn't rooted in rationality. No honest, rational human being would ever say or think such awful, inaccurate things about a character who is sweet, kind and selfless.

At absolute worst, a normal person would only feel something like passive disinterest toward her character if they found it "boring" or "bland". Ugly hatred like that is either a petty attempt at trolling or based on some sort of external delusion not rooted in reality. Either way, it has no actual value.
