Personally i think it makes him look a little better. I mean the original is kind of less serious so it kind of fits in with westernized version of godzilla. that and the designers were probably scrambling with ways to make ghidorah look more organic and skyrim was just easier to copy i guess?

it wasn't just that "skyrim was easier to copy" but having him walk like a humanoid would make him either slower or really uncanny looking when walking
