Gwenpool isn't Gwen Stacey, she specifically says that in the comic. Her name is literally Gwendoyln Poole and just put apun on her own name.

Yeah, but the idea for Gwenpool CAME from the success of Spider-Gwen. She looks just like her because of that. But in theory: She would essentially exist in the same universe as her comic book heroes... So she needed her own unique identity in case she ever ran into Spider-Gwen.

Either way it still isn't selfcest. Two different people. It's like saying your having sex with someone from a alternate universe who has your features. Keep in mind these girls have slightly different personalities and live completely different lives.
