I think it's in order from Most trained to least.
Which would make sense that Hibiki-San is in the front.
Since he is very well trained.

Decade being more trained than Faiz and Den-O would be funny, even more if you see that it says "New" and the date of the post is April 2009 (Decade only had like 11 episodes broadcasted out of 31)
