^I'll do you one better. Every time Kronika resets time, she takes the universe back to its very beginning and lets it progress naturally. The universe is currently estimated at about 13-14 billion years old. And Kronika has reset time many, many times, so much so that even she's starting to lose track of how often she's done it. We know Cetrion helps with that, and must be restored after the reset, so she'll be there from the very start alongside her mommy. Every reset, another 13-14 billion years of waiting before Earthrealm reaches its present state. What else to do but just suck and suck on those lactating jugs?

In summation, Cetrion has been chugging milk from mommy's teats for untold billions, trillions, however many goddamn zeroes you can add.

It would explain how she got so big and strong. Mother’s milk. Not only have I never seen Shinnok grow to her size but he aged horribly as well. Cetrion is clearly the favourite.
