actually i disagree while it apears to be an amazing feat in actuality understanding of physics, wind directional effect and abit of practice you could do this everytime, there is no movement so you cant tell whats going on thus its not as impressive an act as it could have been, having said that its anime so they can break the laws of physics and defy gravity.
