I don’t even remember who most of the fighters at the tournament were or what they looked like except her. She was a real hot one, hard to forget to be honest.

Most of the fighters were just jobbers in the tournament.. I believe it verys on how likely we'll be able to remember a fighter. Like this lady's straight up sexiness. In a weird way the person that I remembered was the sour faced fighter that kept on bothering Saitama. Not just because of how he seemed close to Saitama, but because of how his weird, unhuman like, body proportions reminds of some one piece characters. It kind of annoys me a little when there's no explanation as to how they got like that.

Well to be fair she is one of the very few in the tournament who is memorable because of 2 things.

1. That 2 giant bells on her head
2. I think she is the only "known" girl In the tournament?

Girls in a fighting tournament stand out more and are more memorable since they’re usually kind of hot and kind of a rarity. There have been plenty of fighters and tournaments in Dragon Ball but Ranfan the strip fighter easily stands out.
