Yeeeah, no. Not even necessarily while jacking off (obviously), but have you tried doing that motion with your your hand while your pinky is extended instead of gripping with the entire hand? This thing moves like there are no bones in it. Unless your hand is fully relaxed and not gripping anything when you're shaking your arm, no finger should move like that unless it's broken.
In short, the art is good and the over all animation is pretty decent as well. But, that pinky is messed up.
