I think it's where Thor and Hymir rowed out into the ocean to fish for whales and Thor caught Jörmungand with a large Oxes head on a massive hook.

He cracked Jörmungand in the head with Mjöllnir, but Hymir cut the line before Thor could deal the killing blow.
